A Good Stay!
spacious room wide array
The staff greeted us warmly upon arrival. Our upgraded room was spacious and spotlessly clean, such a refreshing feeling. The bed, oh, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud, so cozy!!! Breakfast included a wide array of choices, including yummy bacon.
The gym class above our 22nd-floor room created a disruptive noise due to weighted gym balls. The soundproofing was insufficient. Despite reporting it, the noise continued, hindering relaxation. I thought it needed better management.

The hotel is centrally situated, with the waterfront within easy reach, perfect for romantic evening strolls. Several nice restaurants and rooftop bars are near the hotel. It's a convenient home base for exploring!

amazing room great city view convenient location
the room was amazing, with a great view of the city. the hotel is well situated, and the facilities are great. the roof terrace with the swimming pool overlooking the city was what i liked the most. i found the location very convenient.

decent place to stay, i guess
huge room kind staff loud gym mouldy shower
the room i got was a premium room sea view. it was really huge and bright. the staff were kind at the front desk too, that was good i think.
the gym was way too loud. it was right above my room, and i could hear the weights dropping. the shower had some mould, and i had to ask for toilet paper because they acted like they had none left.

I found the staff attentive. They addressed every detail. the infinity pool offers amazing views. breakfast featured a delicious buffet with a huge variety of options. they included excellent local dishes and a guide explaining which curries pair with hoppers.
this meant that the full experience wasn't available. it was a minor disappointment.

the breakfast buffet had a huge variety i loved trying different sri lankan dishes. the room was super spacious with two sinks in the bathroom that's always a bonus for me
the night receptionist didn't know about my late check-in that was a bit annoying. i ordered a tuna sandwich and it was way too spicy i couldn't eat it. they knocked on my door at 4 am to make me pay instead of adding it to the bill that was inconvenient

spicy sandwich moldy bathroom
I must say my stay had a couple of snags. the night receptionist seemed caught off guard by my late arrival, even though i had informed them. ordering a tuna sandwich via room service led to an unexpected fiery experience. It was far too spicy, and there was no warning about the heat. also, the room's cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Mold was present in the bathroom joints and on the shower curtain. stained sinks certainly did not improve matters.
